Bold single column in table

I can create my document nicely. I have a two column table.

I'd like to bold one column. I am looping just like in sample 5 and I do understand I need to add array('font-weight' => 'bold') or at least add the font-weight option to the array.

I can't figure how to do that. Any help much appreciated.
