Anyone display a link instead of field data?

I've integrated DrasticTools in a website I am developing and it's working well. I have one item to resolve. I'd like to have the primary key field/recordID display as a hyperlink to a view/edit page (passing the recordID) rather than displaying the actual recordID. I can get the hyperlink to display but have no clue where to grab the recordID at that point in the code.

Does anyone know where I might find the location to change this, or have an idea of how to implement it?
