Nice Script but when i am using it and cross check then it is return incorrect result. I have download all IP range of India.when cross check then some result is correct or some incorrect. i am sending some incorrect IP which shown another country.can you tell me accuracy of this script in %.

14.102.224.0 - 14.102.239.255
14.102.0.0 - 14.102.127.255

I have been using ip-lookup.net and find-ip-address.org but now see
they are inaccurate with some addresses.
I am now checking with whatismyaddress.com which give INDIA
for the ranges you listed. I will do further checks and update the database as necessary!

"INDIA" // 14.102.160.0 - 14.102.191.255
